Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 7 days after you received the items. The item must be delivered back to the studio by the the 7th day. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item has been customised, ie. the shoes have been ordered in a colour not displayed as a finished product on the website or you have requested additions to your shoes that are not shown on the website, this is considered a customised personal order which is not refundable under the Sale Of Goods Act 1979 UK legislation.
Exchanges are always offered to you if your item is of the wrong size or colour that you have requested, however upon an exchange pair being sent out, if you still find the item unsatisfactory and wish to get a refund, a 50% refund will be offered to cover part of the losses to Crystal-Shoes.
In the event of public holidays and post office’s are closed, an additional 8th day will be accepted for returns/exchanges. Crystal-Shoes. are not responsible for people’s engagements and do not waver any policies due to personal circumstance, it is the customers responsibility to arrange the shoes to be returned within the time frame.
Any marks of wear and tear on any item will not be accepted for exchange or return.
The item/s must be in their original unused and unworn condition, in their original packaging.
You may exchange the products in 7 days after you receive the package. You will need to keep the products in original condition. You will need to pay the shipping cost for the package back to us and the shipping cost for the new products to be shipped.

*Open the bag gently to avoid crystals fall off
